A flat rate of $14.95 for domestic shipping (Australia only) is charged for all orders under $100.

International Orders

We are not shipping internationally from our website just yet.

Order Fulfilment

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of acceptance. Whilst we will always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, minor delays may occur during peak periods, sales and promotions.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from Arvo Haircare with your tracking number and a link through to the delivery services tracking page. You can enter the tracking number from the email on the tracking page to view delivery details and timeframes.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

At Arvo Haircare we ensure that our returns process is here to resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible! Simply email our customer service team at hello@arvohaircare.com within 14 days of receiving your order if something isn’t right.

We can only accept products that have been unopened and unused. We do not accept any change of mind returns.

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days

  • Step 2: We will send the correct item to you straight away

  • Step 3: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected from you free of charge

I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days

  • Step 2: Send us a picture of the damaged item/s

  • Step 3: We will send a replacement to you straight away

  • Step 4: We will advise what to do with the damaged item

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED SOMETHING I ORDERED

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days

  • Step 2: Send us a picture of your order and we'll investigate

  • Step 3: We will update you and, send a replacement or arrange a refund if there's an error.
